Custom Login

This demo shows how to use a socket connection and a custom login dialog to authenticate a Flex/Flash HTML request with a Domino server. Part of the underlying code is actually taken from another open source project provided by Abdul Qabiz. His generic approach has been adapted for the Domino HTTP server context.

What to do...

For the correct user name and password simply click OK with the default login values. The data will appear in the grid. To test a login failure and consequently receive no data, change the default values and click OK. Use the logout button to repeat demo.

Note: to run the Flex sample applications it is required to have the Adobe Flash Player 9+ and its browser plug-ins installed.
