Why cant we use RemoteObject to get/send the data from flex to lotus notes...Because among those 3 remote Object is faster...Test this here...http://www.themidnightcoders.com/blog/2007/03/flex-remoteobject-vs-webservice.htmlPlease let me know if we can use RemoteObject instead of WebService

Don't have an anwser for you right now, as I haven't worked with RemoteObjects yet. Will investigate and if possible post a sample.
But if speed is a concern you can always look into BlazeDS. Isn't as straight forward as a web service though. We are looking into this currently as well.
