Anyone know how to get ahold of the IBM ILOG Elixir full version (not a demo)?
No one within IBM\Lotus seems to know anything about it.

That is because IBM doesn't know yet what they actually bought. The Flex ILOG components where not their main focus when buying ILOG (I guess). Or they are not too keen on actually promoting this product as it would undermine IBM's effort to promote xPages.
You should have looked under the Adobe Flex website ;-)
