I viewed the source for the name dialog demo only to find that your missing the NamesDialogOpener.as source.
When will this be ready for download?

Very soon. The reason why we did not publish the code yet is that part of the code is flex, part is the Notes/Domino web service. We are currently finalising the web service code and still need to document it.
