I'm getting that pesky secure and non secure prompt that IE gives when I integrate Flex and Domino. Has anyone experienced/resolved this?

Not sure what are referring to. Are you getting an invalid certificate type of error? Anyway, if you could let me know the precise error message and in which context you're getting it, I might be able to help you.
