Adobe LiveCycle & SoapGateQ! for Domino

The provided LiveCycle demo resides in our test environment and as such requires a little bit of guidance prior to experiencing it. Please follow the instructions outlined hereunder:

Note: there is a known issue with Adobe LiveCycle UI with the Flash plugin in Mozilla FireFox. If you experience any problems please use any of the other browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari)

LiveCycle Workspace


As previously mentioned, the LiveCycle environment is our development testing environment. Other projects unrelated to LiveCycle & SoapGateQ! are listed under the Start Process menu.

Select the SOAPGateQ! Demo entry and double click SaveNotesDocument from the list of processes. 

Save Notes Document


Fill in the fields of the Book form and click the Save In Notes... button. The process takes a few seconds and if successful returns the Notes Document Unique ID of the newly created document.

Note: the Attachment feature is not yet implemented. SoapGateQ! does support attachment uploads (and downloads) and we have successfully uploaded files from LC to Domino. We will soon include this feature in this demo.

 

Process Verification


The creation of the new Notes document can be verified on our Flex/Flash Components demo page. Located at the bottom of the page is the Domino web interface of the Book Catalogue database.
